I don't see a whole lot to argue with. I had a clue that New Orleans was fucked from the words 'Hurricane in the Gulf' came across, their basic infrastructure and levee systems were not in place. What I was not aware was how bad it was along Mississippi and Alabama. To my knowledge no American city has been this devastated since the 1906 earthquake, even the big one in 1989 didn't do this much damage to my knowledge.

New Orleans is a dead city and will be for decades. I'm just waiting to see if they can pull the money from somewhere, 10.5 billion in aid has to come from somewhere, a tax hike would do it and then some.
