You know, I keep hearing about "how brave" I am. If I am, great, but then I think of the line from the Alanis Morisette song, "One Hand in my Pocket"... "I'm brave, but I'm chickenshit."
Funny, the getting on stage wasn't the most amazing thing, as I have a pretty good theater background to begin, I'm really comfortable in front of or behind the proscenium arch. ;) What was amazing is that I was out on the dance floor and just dancing. That's something I almost never do. :)

Getting up on a stage in front of your friends and social circle is WAY harder than getting up on stage in front of complete strangers.
