fullcontactmuse: (The Boy)

The Boy is in some mighty hot water!

You might be thinking, "Dear goddess, what on earth did he do this time?"

I can't believe how emotionally charged this is. I mean, I'm beside myself. Really I am.

The Boy broke one of the cardinal rules of the house: He spoiled the ending of a book.

He revealed that [livejournal.com profile] lunargypsie and I are dead by the end of the book. The kids too, though they're not called out by name. So, asside from the spoilage, I'm actually kind of giddy, really. [livejournal.com profile] jennifer_brozek killed us off in one of her books. :D

Now that I've wrested the book out of his hands, I can sit down and read it.

It greatly amuses me that not spoiling the endings of books is a rule in your house. I need to use it in my house and in my classroom. I hate spoilers. For everything, books, movies, etc.

Thanks for putting the link to the site here, much appreciated!

And I hope you are recovering well from your recent demise... ;)

You're most welcome. I like seeing my friends succeed.

Well, I do have almost two years to enjoy the rest of my life before the End comes. ;)

Ooooohhhh dear - that is troubling! And you're sure he didn't just blurt out in the heat of I'm-soooo-excited-about-this-Ijust-GOTTA-share mood? If he did, go easy on him. If this is an ongoing pattern designed to annoy the heck out you, lower da boom!
