Back to the thoughts on hand... The new LARP begins tomorrow. We have a 3 year story arc planned and what happens after that, who knows. Do I feel I'm ready for this? Heh. I don't think I'm ready for this, nor do I think I'll be ready tomorrow evening when the game starts. A lot of players, predictably, don't have their characters in yet and I'll be starting the printing this evening. I have to implement an offset for the dates on news articles for the current year (the article selection automatically narrows down available articles to be from since the last game up through this game) so that when I write an article dated in 1888, I can associate it with a game that has a real world date of a 116 years after the fact. :)
