Ji Dian Station: Lights Out - Looking for a couple of volunteers...

We are looking for 2 volunteers to assist during the opening 30 minutes of Lights Out at Norwescon to help with player check-in and picture taking.

Here are the two positions:

Player Check In - Simply, you hand out the character packets to the players as they arrive and check off their name from the list. After which, you send them to volunteer number two, the photo manager. Filled.

Photo Manager - Your job is to take photographs of the individual players, print the photo on the printer, write the character's name on the photo, and then tack the photo to the Wall O' Photos so that people who have a character tie to another character knows what they look like. If you have a PictBridge compatible camera that you do not mind using, that would great.

what time and day of the con would the photo manager need to be there? (I'm interested if I can can fit it in all the other stuff I'm doing... :-)

This would be Friday from roughly 5:30 to 6:30 in the evening.
